PHYSICAL TOUR

Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE PHYSICAL TOUR?
​
A: Simply email us with the number of participants and dates you'll be visiting Jerusalem. We have a minimum number of participants, so if you are a small party, setting up a tour will probably depend on additional requests for those dates.
​

Q: WHERE CAN I SEE SCHEDULED TOURS?
​
A: We do not have specific days for the physical tours, as they depend on the demand and the availability of our guides. Simply write to us, and we'll try to make it happen.
​
​
Q: IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
​
A: No. This is not a theocratic event. Of course, dignified dress is always a good idea.
​
​
Q: WHAT LANGUAGES ARE AVAILABLE?
​
A: Most tours are done in English, but we can sometimes arrange tours in Spanish, Italian or German as well.

VIRTUAL TOUR

Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE VIRTUAL TOUR?
​
A: Simply use the Book Virtual Tour tab, and book an available spot. You can book for yourself or for a small group of friends, depending on the number of connections available.
​

Q: HOW MUCH DOES THE TOUR COST?
​
A: The tours are FREE. We are not a commercial enterprise. All of our guides volunteer of their own time for your benefit and encouragement.
​

Q: WHAT TIME IS THE TOUR? IS IT IN MY TIME ZONE?
​
A: The booking tool is set up to show your time zone.
​
​
Q: HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A TOUR RESERVATION?
​
A: Please avoid last minute cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please don't write to us. Simply sign up to the website (top left on Desktop or Menu in mobile view) using the same email address you used to book. Then sign in and change your reservation.
​

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD CONNECTIONS?
​
A: To add connections, you can simply try to make an additional reservation, or ask your friends to do so. If no connections are available, it means the group is now full and all available connections were booked.
​

Q: I WILL NOT NEED ALL THE CONNECTIONS I BOOKED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
​
A: In that case, please update your tour guide when he sends you the invitation.
​

Q: IS A SIMULTANOUS TRANSLATION POSSIBLE?
​
A: No. The only exception for that is if you book a private group. You will need to provide your own translator.
​
​
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ZOOM DETAILS FOR MY TOUR?
​
A: The guide will send you the Zoom number and password a few days before the scheduled tour. This will also serve as a reminder.
​

Q: MY TOUR IS TOMORROW AND I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ZOOM DETAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
​
A: First, please check the spam folder in your email. Remember, the invitation will come from your guide directly. If you still cannot find it, now is the time to contact us. Please, do not wait until the last minute, as we probably won't see your email in time.
​

Q: WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "CONNECTIONS"?
​
A: The tour is done via Zoom and so the number of connections, or devices connected, for each tour is restricted. So only use the amount of connections you booked, as shown in your confirmation email.
​

Q: HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN USE 1 CONNECTION, OR DEVICE?
​
A: As many as you'd like, as long as they sit together :)
​

Q: CAN I STREAM THE PROGRAM TO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE?
​
A: No, we want all tour participants to be actively connected and participate in the tour.
​
​
Q: CAN I BOOK FOR MY WHOLE CONGREGATION?
​
A: It is now possible to do so. Simply contact us by email.
​

Q: I CAN'T FIND MY RESERVATION DETAILS.
​
A: Simply sign up (top left on Desktop or Menu in mobile view) using the same email address you used to book, and then sign in. You'll see your reservation. In Desktop mode, if you don't see the log in icon, it is probably hidden by the EYEWITNESS TOURS logo (top left). Try to use CTRL and + or - to change the size of the display and you should see it.

Q: THE TIME OF MY BOOKING IS DIFFERENT THAN WHEN I BOOKED. WHICH ONE IS CORRECT?
​
A: In the "My Bookings" section, the time might be displayed in the Israel Time Zone (GMT+3). In that case, simply calculate the time difference to your area. The time shown in your original confirmation email should be in your time zone.
